Is a employers contract enough to find an apartment?

Yes, having a contract can be sufficient documentation, but providing pay slips as well can greatly facilitate the process of finding an apartment for you.

Can I use Apartment hub to find an apartment if I don't have a residence permit yet?

We apologize, but we cannot assist you in finding a place to live if you do not have a valid residence permit. If you have applied for a residence permit and are expecting to receive one soon, please inform our real estate agent.
